Patal Pani Waterfall - Indore (Madhya Pradesh)

Patal Pani is famous for its waterfall about 36 kms from Indore. The water falls from a height of 150 feets into a kund (a sort of tank created by nature), the depth of this kund is still unknown. It is believed that the bottom of this unfathomable kund reaches to Patal (means netherworld), hence the name Patal Pani. It is also a popular picnic spot.
